We ship across India from our Mumbai warehouse via trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 2pm IST are dispatched the same day. Delivery times: metros 2–4 business days, rest of India 4–7 business days. Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499; a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies below that threshold.
If you're not satisfied, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange free pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
Every Fihash product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Contact support with photos and your order number to make a claim.
We collect only the information needed to process and ship your orders: name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information (processed by Razorpay — we never store card details). We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping and billing details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are in INR inclusive of GST.
