How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from our Mumbai warehouse within 24 hours. Most metro deliveries take 2–4 business days; rest of India, 4–7 days.
Do you offer cash on delivery?+
Yes. COD is available on all orders across India, subject to serviceability of the PIN code.
What payment methods can I use?+
UPI, credit / debit cards, netbanking, wallets — all through Razorpay. Or Cash on Delivery.
What is your return policy?+
Not what you expected? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll pick it up free of charge and issue a full refund.
Do the products come with a warranty?+
Yes — every product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
Where do you ship from?+
Every parcel is picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Mumbai.
